About the Benefits(Full-Time Employees) :
• Pay: The pay range for this position is $89,000 - $120,000

We are looking for an experienced IT Security Manager to join us. You will establish and
implement information security policies as needed by the organization, and oversee the company's overall
security program. This includes but is not limited to planning and providing employee security awareness
training, maintaining data loss prevention controls, IT infrastructure management, and security
assessments.
This individual will assist in reporting cybersecurity measures, audits, and updates to our Headquarters in
South Korea, and will have broader risk management and incident response responsibilities.
Job Description
• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and standards that
comply with local regulations as well as business requirements
• Collaborate with Headquarters to develop company-specific policies regarding
risk management and IT security as well as report security measures to HQ
• Coordinate internal/external audit measures
• Conduct policy reviews to support business needs with ongoing security compliance
• Develop and execute annual security and data privacy training programs
• Provide role-based security guidance and compliance requirements for employees,
including system administrators and software developers
• Perform security vulnerability assessments and track remediation activities
• Coordinate and respond to internal and external security audits and assessments
• Manage improvement initiatives for identified security gaps
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Information Security and/or related IT fields,
including one or more of the following:
• Cloud administration and security
• Network administration
• Server operations and management
• Software development
• IT infrastructure management
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as:
• ISO 27001
• NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF)
- Professional information security certifications such as:
• CIPP/US
• CISSP
• CISM
• CISA
- Experience securing and managing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Korean / English bilingual fluency
