Pay: $58,000 – $67,000 (based on experience, skillset, and qualifications)

The Junior Planning Associate acts as a key operational bridge between HQ and the U.S. Sales Team. You will support sales execution by monitoring KPIs, coordinating cross-functional communication, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely follow-up. This role is critical for operational discipline, visibility, and alignment between strategic HQ objectives and U.S. sales execution.

      Job Description

      1. HQ – U.S. Sales Coordination

      • Act as a liaison between HQ and U.S. sales team
      • Consolidate and report weekly/monthly sales updates to HQ
      • Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
      • Translate strategic HQ directions into actionable tasks
      • Support executive-level report and presentation preparation

      2. Sales KPI Monitoring & Reporting

      • Track KPIs: pipeline, MQL, SQL, revenue forecast, conversion rates
      • Monitor CRM data accuracy
      • Prepare performance dashboards and weekly pipeline reports
      • Identify KPI gaps and escalate risks
      • Support annual and quarterly sales target planning

      3. Sales Operations & Task Management

      • Monitor task progress and deadlines for sales team
      • Manage follow-up emails and documentation
      • Support contract coordination (legal review, document management)
      • Assist in preparing proposals, sales decks, and meeting summaries
      • Maintain structured records of customer interactions

      4. Sales Support Function

      • Assist in leadership reporting
      • Support events: expos, trade shows, client meetings
      • Coordinate internal resources (product, technical, HQ) for sales opportunities
      • Support onboarding and documentation for new customers

      Qualifications

      Required:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
      • 1–3 years of experience in planning, sales operations, business coordination, or similar role
      • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
      • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
      • Excellent English communication skills; Korean preferred
      • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership

      Preferred:

      • Experience working in HQ–overseas structure
      • Experience in SaaS or enterprise solution sales
      • Understanding of KPI management and pipeline reporting
