• You work well with Finance, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is helpful; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

What you'll build

You'll work on real deliverables, not shadow tasks. Your contributions connect directly to your team's goals. You'll leave with a portfolio of SAP work you can build on.

You'll join a team working on live priorities and gain cross-functional exposure. Your mentors will guide you, and you'll set and deliver real goals. You'll support the end-to-end renewal process for SAP customers across EMEA. You'll partner with Customer Renewal Executives and Customer Success Managers. Collaboratively you'll drive customer engagement and help protect SAP's revenue. You'll maintain precise data and use data-driven approaches to ensure quality across internal systems. You'll learn SAP's commercial terms, support contract renewals, and sharpen your negotiation skills.

This role is based in Prague at the modern Nove Butovice office. You'll work with colleagues across EMEA and build a network that lasts beyond your internship.
