Working Student (f/m/d) - Sales Strategic Customer Program MEE
- Part-time
Job Description
What you bring
You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in International Business Administration, Business Analytics, Communication Design, Digital Business, or AI Management. You are proficient in PowerPoint, MS Office, Copilot, and Claude, and communicate fluently in both German and English.
You are a reliable, independent, and flexible team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. A creative eye for design, communicative nature, and proactive way of working round out your profile. First experience in a sales environment is a plus.
The role is based on-site at one of our offices in Walldorf, St. Leon-Rot, or Hamburg.
You bring strong complex problem solving and customer orientation skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous challenges while keeping real-world impact in mind. You communicate effectively — adapting your message clearly for different audiences — and you're ready to embrace AI adoption as part of how you work every day, whether that means integrating agentic AI into your workflows or using AI-assisted automation and prototyping to turn ideas into solutions. Most importantly, you approach new tools and ways of working with an open mindset and a genuine curiosity to keep learning.
What you'll build
You will support the SCP MEE team in strategic and operational activities, with a focus on pipeline management, analytics, and go-to-market execution. Key responsibilities include preparing pipeline data, supporting reporting and analysis, contributing to business development, and assisting in event planning and management meetings.
Your work will improve transparency, data quality, and decision-making within SCP MEE, helping drive effective business planning and strategic execution across key accounts.
You will work closely with the Business Office, Managing Partners, and account teams across industries, with exposure to senior stakeholders in a collaborative, international environment.
You will gain hands-on experience in strategic account management, pipeline management, and business analytics, developing skills in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication — all within the context of SAP's Strategic Customer Program (SCP).
Where you belong
We are a high-performance sales team and we want to achieve the best for our customers and create valuable customer experiences. With strategy and communication we want to enable our customers to reach their full potential.
If you enjoy working with people and in a team, think strategically and have a good eye for visual aspects, you should join us.

After submitting your application, you will have the option to provide your resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and references from former employers including internships.
