· Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program; IT-related major will be an advantage

· Proficiency in English (spoken, written and customer management)

· Previous experience in support role or customer service will be an advantage.

· Open and professional communication style

· Self-motivative individual with a growth mindset

· A team player and can learn and adapt quickly.

What you’ll build

You'll join a team working on live priorities and gain cross-functional exposure through the IXP programme. Your mentors will guide you, and you'll set and deliver real goals.

· You will work in a team with close collaboration with experts from all over the world with a focus on supporting customers.

· You need to work collaboratively with other experts to guarantee the service level agreements with SAP customers and ensure the timely support service can be provided to SAP customers in terms of issue urgency and process compliance.

- Monitor and dispatch all the cases reported from customer following rules and takes timely action.

· Proficiency in English communication is very important for your daily work.
