Job Description

What you'll bring 

You have a foundational understanding of administrative functions and a genuine interest in keeping teams and operations organised and running smoothly. Familiarity with scheduling tools, document management practices, and professional business communication is expected. A detail-oriented, proactive approach and a willingness to learn administrative processes and procedures in a global corporate environment will help you contribute from day one. 

What you'll build 

You'll support daily administrative operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organising travel arrangements. Maintaining up-to-date filing systems, editing and proofreading documents, and handling correspondence from internal and external stakeholders are part of the regular work. You'll assist with expense tracking, reporting, and general office organisation under the guidance of more experienced administration professionals.

Qualifications

Experience & Language Requirements:

  • Study field:  Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development or Marketing activities
  • English: fluent (B2/C1 at least)

  • Country-specific language: fluent/native

  • Education: Minimum entry level of educational partner

  • Professional Training & Certification

  • Passion for IT/problem solving

  • Availability for a 6 months full time internship
