The Global Partner Operations (GPO) team is in charge of enabling and managing SAP’s partner ecosystem across the region. The team oversees channel strategy, partner enablement, and demand generation activities, acting as a central hub for partner communication, training coordination, and event execution. By managing the operational backbone of SAP’s partner network, the GPO team ensures that partners are equipped, informed, and involved to drive business results. As part of this team, you will gain hands-on exposure to channel management processes, partner programs, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and international environment.

Build It

You'll join a team working on live priorities and gain cross-functional exposure through the IXP programme. Your mentors will guide you, and you'll set and deliver real goals.

As a member of the GPO team, you will support channel management and partner operations activities, contributing to the efficiency and success of SAP’s partner ecosystem.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Maintain and update the Channels Matrix, the strategic control framework that tracks partner channel activities, competencies, and areas of expertise
• Coordinate and execute partner training sessions and workshops, including system setup, invitation management, follow-up, and attendance tracking
• Support the development and management of partner enablement plans, and evaluate their relationship to demand generation outcomes
• Monitor and track all partner demand generation campaigns to ensure alignment with regional and global objectives
• Manage partner communication channels. Prepare and send important messages globally, regionally, and locally. Confirm that communications are received. Gather partner inquiries for bulk responses. Make sure all information is acknowledged.
• Plan and execute events designed for and with partners, managing logistics from planning through delivery
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the GPO team

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related fields
• Graduation expected within approximately 24 months
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English; Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus
• Solid organizational skills with high attention to detail
• An initiative-taking attitude with persistence and real curiosity.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage successfully with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Team player with a collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and the useful use of AI-powered productivity tools
• Interest in partner ecosystems, channel operations, and business administration processes
