NewBeauty has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced, savvy Regional Sales Manager based in our New York office. In this role, you will drive new business and grow the market share of NewBeauty's Doctors Program by prospecting new business leads and managing the current client base of the NewBeauty brand in New York City and Long Island.
The ideal candidate is a self starter with a proven history of generating revenue to meet or exceed goals with prior sales experience in medical/pharma or aesthetician/spa sales.
Identify prospects, qualify leads and close business
Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance goals
Initiate relationships with developed leads on a continuous basis
Maintain prospect database with notes and record-keeping data (CRM experience required)
Attend trade shows, events and conferences in the market
2-4 years of experience in media, skincare or pharma sales
Experience interacting and working with clients in person and over the phone
Proficient in MS Office, prior experience with a CRM
Prospecting and closing new business
