We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven professional who can independently manage EDI files, troubleshoot integration failures, and ensure accurate, reliable data exchange across multiple platforms playing a critical role in protecting client SLAs and maintaining uninterrupted operational continuity.

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary liaison with external data-trading partners to develop, maintain, and support file specifications and integrations.
  • Configure, modify, test, and maintain EDI maps, file processes, and system interfaces.
  • Analyze business workflows and translate requirements into technical design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot file failures, data discrepancies, and integration issues related to uploads and system workflows.
  • Coordinate testing, implementations, and upgrades for new and existing clients.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing maintenance of file-based integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with data-handling, reporting, and accuracy standards.
  • Identify and drive performance, reliability, and automation improvements across file transfer processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations, engineering, and client-facing teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • If successful, you will be focusing on the following key areas: 

FMLA / Absence Management

  • Configure new employers
  • Set up and process file feeds
  • Manage ongoing file processing and issue resolution

WEX Integrations

  • Onboard new clients
  • Approve and process file feeds
  • Perform ongoing system and file maintenance

File Operations

  • Manage manual eligibility, contribution, and demographic file uploads
  • Monitor recurring file processes and resolve exceptions

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with file uploads, error resolution, and process troubleshooting. 
• Working knowledge of SQL or PowerShell and Excel Macros/VBA. 
• Prior exposure to EDI 834 transactions is a strong plus. 
• Proven experience with WEX, VBA systems, KUBRA, and AbsenceSoft is critical. 
• Ability to operate independently with minimal day-to-day oversight.
