At the moment, we are seeking a highly motivated, versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. This role will primarily focus on assisting with the management of projects related to the Relativity web-based software package. The successful candidate will play a key role in reporting, document processing, and search creation to support the smooth execution of projects.

Below are the duties and responsibilities in relation to the role:

• Collaborate with the project team to plan, execute, and monitor projects involving Relativity web-based software.
• Learn and master Relativity functionalities to enhance project management contributions.
• Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Generate accurate and timely project reports for stakeholder updates.
• Assist in document processing for data accuracy and organization.
• Contribute to optimizing project outcomes by refining search criteria within Relativity.
• Coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate project activities.
• Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to senior project management for resolution.
• Ensure projects adhere to scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute valuable insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management
• Prior project management experience, preferably in a technology-related environment.
• Familiarity with web-based software packages and a keenness to master Relativity functionalities.
• Strong organizational skills, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work.
