Job Description

Are you passionate and excited about working directly with Microsoft customers to ensure success as they transition their businesses to Office 365? If so, keep reading.

As the FastTrack Manager, you will be working with a team of FastTrack engineers and managers that drive the technical execution and provide automation improvements to maintain customer satisfaction during the FastTrack ‘Deployment’ phase. The FastTrack Manager will be responsible for leading customers’ onboarding process. You will help transform the traditional on-premises deployment approach to an automated onboarding Service for customers with greater than 50 seats.

You will be responsible for leading the customer onboarding Experience for Office 365 while utilizing the company’s IP and assets across engineering and support teams, the Microsoft field sales organizations and Office 365 business groups. FastTrack Manager role will work closely with customers as well as FastTrack Engineers and will require developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the aforementioned teams to deliver expected customer and business results. 

 

Primary duties include the following:

  • Respond to inquiries from Office 365 customers
  • Place outbound calls to provide guidance on planning and enabling Office 365 services.
  • Participate in ongoing training to understand FTP processes, technologies, and services.
  • Initiating service with new O365 customers
  • Plan and guide customers to properly adopt Office 365 services
  • Conduct Adoption remote/virtual workshops
  • Generate Adoption plans
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the FastTrack Program
  • Constantly document customer engagements, status and delivery details.
  • Develop, foster and maintain highly effective customer relationships
  • Assist FastTrack engineers, Office 365 customers with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology
  • Develop foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering, marketing, Enterprise Services\Support and field sales teams to deliver key business metrics
  • Manage customer Onboarding programs within expected timeframes
  • Identify out of scope items and work with respective teams to address out of scope items in proper manner
  • Share knowledge with others through solution documents, contribute to social media, engage technical communities, and provide feedback to the PEP Program Team to improve the PEP tools and processes.

You Would Be Great For This Position If You Have:

  • Bachelor's or 2-4 years of experience customer support
  • 2+ years of practical training experience
  • 2+ years exposure to Microsoft Office 365 is desired
  • Previous experience with change management driving user acceptance of new tools or technologies
  • Understanding of Office 365 workloads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
