Our successful and fast paced Administration Department are looking for a Service Administrator to join their team in Oxford.

Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5pm

Key Purpose of the Role:

Your main role will consist of administrating internal and external customer requirements and ensuring all customer queries are handled quickly and efficiently.

You will need to have a strong background in administrating as you will be joining a fast paced and busy environment.

Skills and experience;

  • Attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and manage workload
  • Attention to detail/ analysis of date to complete claims and invoicing
  • Ability to collate, organise and interpret data to provide clear and comprehensive information
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Be able to work effectively within a team environment
  • Kerridge experience
  • Experience in warranty and invoicing
  • Automotive administration
