We target our efforts toward helping people fill the voids that are left from gaps in their prescription medication coverage or when they have no coverage at all. Job Description

Will be responsible for all staffing and advocate development activities. This includes:

Managing job postings

Screening potential employees

Training new hires in systems and software used by RXHC

Managing personnel development programs

Qualifications

Must have 5 years of verifiable recruiting and personnel development.

Must have demonstrable leadership skills.

Must have a "Can Do" attitude.

Must have a high attention to detail. 

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

Be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

This position provides ample room for upward growth and promotion within Rx Help Centers. 

A 90 day probationary period applies to any positions offered with Rx Help Centers, LLC.
