Job Description

Our Senior Sales Consultant will be the primary point of contact for Benefit Consultants, Brokers, TPA's and Employers that come to Rx Help Centers seeking relief from their clients’ outrageous prescription medication claims and teach them about Rx Help Centers value proposition. You will assist these resources and their clients with every step in the process from answering questions, collecting information, completing paperwork and proposals, implementations and on-going communications, driving the full sales cycle. 

Qualifications

Qualified applicants must:

Have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable sales success

Have a minimum of 3-5 years of employee benefit sales experience with a solid knowledge of benefits brokerage firms and self-funded medical plans.

Be capable of making quality educational presentations to large employers, groups of their employees, and Industry professionals. 

Be able to attend as an exhibitor/presenter at trade organizations and conferences. 

Be able to travel 3-4 days per week with some overnights. 

Must have a "Can Do" attitude, be customer service oriented, high attention to detail. 

Be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

Be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

(Bilingual is a plus but not required)

Additional Information

Compensation includes a base salary and bonus compensation based upon meeting sales objectives. 

This position provides ample room for upward growth and promotion within Rx Help Centers. 

A 90 day probationary period applies to any positions offered with Rx Help Centers, LLC.
