Are you an experienced business office manager within the nursing home industry, eager to expand your impact across multiple nursing homes in the role of a Regional Business Office Consultant? We want to hear from you!

💼 As a Regional Business Management Consultant for the Western NE region, you'll oversee financial and operational processes in our nursing homes. Your role involves financial reporting, staff support, compliance monitoring, and performance improvement. This position works closely with administrators and business office managers at our managed nursing homes. 💼

Key Responsibilities: You'll oversee financial reporting, provide staff support during transitions, ensure compliance, lead strategic planning, assess talent development, improve accounts receivable, manage collections, reduce debt, coordinate audits, reconcile trusts, collect aged accounts, approve write-offs, and maintain A/R clearing accounts. You'll also conduct facility oversight through regular meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

You should have prior business management experience in healthcare, strong financial operations knowledge, compliance expertise, exceptional leadership skills, analytical abilities, and be willing to travel within the region as needed. Experience in PCC (Point Click Care), MatrixCare, AHT (American HealthTech) and Quickbooks preferred.
