Run:AI is bridging the gap between data science and computing infrastructure by creating a high-performance compute virtualization layer for deep learning, speeding the training of neural network models and enabling the development of large AI models. By abstracting workloads from underlying infrastructure, Run:AI creates a shared pool of resources that can be dynamically provisioned for full utilization of expensive GPU compute.
In the role of Senior Manager, Channel & Field Marketing you will be responsible for the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, activities, events and tactics that align with, and support, the sales team and our key partners. These partners include (depending on strategic priorities) VARS, OEMs, technical alliances and others. You will be accountable to hitting partner team pipeline goals, collaborating with in-market partners to drive awareness of and demand for Run:AI’s Compute Orchestration Platform.
You will work closely with the regional sales team to ensure that marketing is a key part of the partner GTM process, and that marketing activities support revenue goals and are measurable, attainable, and well executed. You will own the partner marketing plans and work with partners on everything - including webinars, collateral, events and PR.
This role will drive both direct and indirect lead generation programs such as trade shows, events, webinars, customer case studies, and channel enablement initiatives. Close alignment with the sales teams in understanding their needs and ensuring marketing programs are aligned to lead and pipeline generation (converting to sales results) is essential.
The right candidate will have experience marketing B2B software, with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies and relationship management. They will be strategic in their approach but execution oriented in their day-to-day, measurement driven, and results oriented.
Planning, implementation and execution of marketing programs, tactics and activities in coordination with the demand generation team, designers, as well as other functions.
You will own a specific pipeline target and be responsible for working with the partner team and sales to succeed in hitting that target.
You will be an excellent writer and communicator - much of what we work on with partners involves writing and editing (webinar abstracts and ppt decks, case studies, joint blog posts). Though you will have help from product marketers and others, you will be responsible for these assets.
You will manage North American trade shows for Run:AI, to the extent that those come back again.
You will be someone who loves gaining deep knowledge of technical topics, even if you do not have a technical background or degree. You will spend at least 10% of your time learning, researching and understanding the local markets so that your events and activities meet the needs of our audiences.
Management of local (design, production…) agencies to ensure that they are accountable for delivery according to their scope of work and outlined program deliverables.
3+ years B2B field marketing experience with demonstrable results in driving sales pipeline
Creative and results oriented
Experience managing events and partner programs
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills
Thinks strategically but has strong organizational skills and is willing to take on multiple tactical projects, managing them to exacting detail
Enjoys results and pipeline analysis and can derive business insights from data
Is tech savvy and proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of salesforce.com and Hubspot an advantage
