Run:AI is bridging the gap between data science and computing infrastructure by creating a high-performance compute virtualization layer for deep learning, speeding the training of neural network models and enabling the development of large AI models. By abstracting workloads from underlying infrastructure, Run:AI creates a shared pool of resources that can be dynamically provisioned for full utilization of expensive GPU compute.
Run:AI provides organizations with a world-class machine learning platform to improve productivity and efficiency for data scientists. Our product provides a Run:AI unique HPC scheduler, relies on Run:AI advanced GPUs virtualization technology and makes GPUs first class citizens in Kubernetes.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Working with Run.AI’s customers on a daily basis to maximize the value from the Run.AI software
Installing Run:AI Software on customer environments (Including dependencies such as Kubernetes, NVIDIA Drivers, Docker)
Onboarding and training of customers. Perform training sessions for different customer personas such as IT administrators and Researchers (e.g. Data Scientists)
Configuring and integrating Run.AI in the customer environment (for example: integrating with organizational systems such as LDAP, connecting to an organizational docker registry, setup users and distribute profiles, UI setup)
Troubleshooting issues and supporting customer’s technical issues post onboarding
Work closely with members of Support and Engineering teams to quickly resolve any client issues and drive customer post-sales satisfaction
In-depth Experience in Linux / Unix Operating Systems
Knowledge of technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to facilitate group workshops and processes
Willing to travel to customer sites periodically based on customer and business needs
B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
2 or more years of experience in a Professional Services role or other similar customer facing roles such as Technical Account Management, Customer Support or Solution Engineering.
Knowledge & Experience in Python or any other scripting language.
Excellent presentation skills.
Holds a Security Clearance
