Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our Sales team in Brazil. This internship offers hands-on experience in commercial operations, sales support, customer engagement processes, and market intelligence. The intern will work closely with the sales team to support customer account management, proposal preparation, forecasting activities, project tracking, and business development initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for students seeking exposure to industrial sales, commercial strategy, customer relationship management, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with customer registration processes and account setup activities
  • Maintain and update customer information across CRM systems and customer portals
  • Assist with customer portal compliance requirements and documentation management
  • Support the preparation and tracking of sales reports, dashboards, and commercial performance metrics
  • Assist in sales forecasting activities, pipeline analysis, and opportunity tracking
  • Help identify, map, and monitor customer projects, capital investments, and business opportunities
  • Support market research and customer intelligence activities
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and bid documentation
  • Help maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure proper opportunity management
  • Support customer communications and follow-up activities as required
  • Participate in process improvement, digitalization, and AI-driven productivity initiatives
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong English language proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work with data and manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Power BI or other business analytics tools
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and productivity applications
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques
  • Interest in industrial markets, engineering solutions, and business development
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
