Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, Canada. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of services and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and committed to supporting our organization's service delivery goals through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, meetings, and events while managing multiple calendars and ensuring optimal resource allocation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all service-related documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to confirm service details, resolve conflicts, and address customer concerns
- Prepare and distribute service reports, confirmations, and follow-up communications to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor service performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist with onboarding new clients by gathering necessary information and ensuring smooth service initiation
- Manage administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and general office support to maintain operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot service-related issues and escalate complex matters to appropriate management when necessary
- Support the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or customer service role
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and commitment to client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Data entry accuracy and comfort working with databases and information management systems
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
