Job Description

Provide value to the manufacturing business by designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.

Primarily focussed around the CRM applications, this role will support the current live services, whilst also contributing to the future solution that is being rolled out globally.  

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes: 

  • Design, develop and implement customized solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform in line with best practices 

  • Develop solutions from business requirements  

  • Troubleshoot existing functionality and provide fixes 

  • Follow the software development lifecycle to design, code, test and deploy new features 

  • Mentor junior members and knowledge share with the team 

  • Help drive the maturity of the development team in the area of D365 development 

  • Work within an Agile team and contributing to the methodology’s ceremonies 

  • Contribute to, and maintain technical documentation and training material where required 

  • Ensure solutions conform to Rotork’s security standards 

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technologies and tools 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Technical knowledge: 

Essential 

  • University degree or relevant experience in industry  

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and integration 

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules 

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate) 

  • Ability to create clear documentation of all current processes and newly added processes 

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to set expectations and deliver solutions in a timely and effective manner 

Desirable  

  • Knowledge of the workings of a manufacturing business 

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified 

  • Experience with Azure Services and Microsoft 365
