Job Description
- Actively sell all Rotork products to the local valve automation companies
- Develop direct business with local contractors
- Engage with the channel partners for retrofit opportunities as well as LTM
- Meet the agreed direct input sales target
- Identify key accounts, such as engineering consultants, local EPCs and build up the relationship to influence on project specifications
- Meet the agreed indirect sales target for effort in influencing Rotork products in project specifications with the engineering consultants, local EPCs
Qualifications
- Degree or recognised qualification in Engineering
- Good command of English, (both spoken and written)
- Sales experience in manufacturing (industrial engineering ideal) and accompanying proven track record of success, likely to be gained from at least 1-2 years in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience of sales techniques
- Collaborative working across a variety of business units, challenging siloed thinking wherever it appears
- Charismatic and inspiring personality with strong entrepreneurial flair and business acumen; passion for business growth
