This is a part time opportunity (22.5 hrs per week) based on site in our Bath office

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and experienced individual to join the team and take responsibility for the administration activities to support the efficient running of the IT department.

Reporting directly to the DevOps Director, the Business Administrator will  coordinate the procurement activities for IT in the UK, raising purchase orders and managing invoicing. They will support in developing department processes for IT joiners, movers, and leavers and will support IT managers in executing these processes and they will be the point of contact for all queries relating to our IT training platform, as well as a range of other duties necessary to ensure business requirements are met.

This role will suit someone with experience working in a busy administrator or coordinator position.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in providing administrative support for a large team, ideally in IT
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft products, including SharePoint and Teams
• Experience of working closely with senior managers and remote, global teams preferred
• Experience of accurately collating statistical information, with an attention to detail and report writing
