Our client is in need of a MAC support analyst (level 1) for the following project:

Description

• Imaging computers, swapping devices and basic troubleshooting and deployment.
• Provide tier 1 Service Desk support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve in a Microsoft / Active Directory environment, Mac Pro, iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Apple OS/iOS software.

3-5 years of Apple experience is highly desired.

A+ Certification is required
