Rosenberg & Associates, LLC is a real estate law firm founded in 2002 to provide services for creditors in the MD, VA, and DC.  We have 100+ employees spread across our 3 locations in Bethesda, MD, Tyson’s Corner, VA and Chesapeake, VA.  We specialize in creditors rights, and our clients consist of national banks and mortgage lenders providing Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO and Eviction services.

The human resources generalist is responsible to perform HR functions on a professional level work and support senior management.  This position includes responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, recruitment and employment law compliance.

• Process payroll and produce reports using ADP
• Recruit for all level positions entry thru attorney
•  New hire orientations
•  Maintain and update job descriptions
•  Office management (including ordering office supplies, submitting services requests)
•  Employee Relations
•  Other HR projects
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  • 1-5 years of human resources experience
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • SHRM or other HR certifications preferred
  

Full time exempt position in the Vienna office.

Standard business hours 9-5:30.

Occasional travel to other offices in Bethesda, MD and Chesapeake, VA.

Offices are Metro accessible
