Sales Reps and Managers will work towards supporting individual and company goals in place to support growth in the marketplace through our Back Office Support System (B.O.S.S) by engaging property owners in a Storm damage area thru Prospecting, Cold Calling and Company provided appointments. You will assist homeowners utilizing our Recovery and Replacement platform which is a Step by Step workflow process from initial inspection to final payment.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

1. Prospecting for new customers in a Hail/Wind damaged area, Canvassing for Leads, Cold Calling Commercial prospects to meet with Owners or Property managers.
2.  Inspecting, photographing and documenting damages to accurately support the Insurance claim then uploading into our Mobile platform from IPAD or Tablet.
3. Following up with customers and Assisting with Payment collections.
