Our client, a supply chain firm is looking to enngage the services of Onboarding Agents across Oyo and Lagos States.

Job Description

  • Identify and engage potential clients (e.g., businesses, e-commerce platforms, individuals) looking to deliver packages.
  • Scout for delivery vendors (individuals or companies) capable of handling last-mile delivery services.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for both user groups.
  • Facilitate the registration and onboarding process for both clients and delivery vendors.
  • Guide new users through the platform’s features, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.
  • Provide support to users, addressing any questions or concerns during onboarding.
  • Establish strong relationships with onboarded clients and vendors to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with the operations, sales, and marketing teams to align onboarding activities with company goals.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of OND in marketing, business management or other related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer acquisition, onboarding, field sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working in logistics, supply chain, or startup environments is a plus.
