Job Description

  • Create and execute strategies to grow revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research, focusing on SMEs looking to improve business operations or seeking HR services.
  • Build relationships with industry associations, and other key players in the SME ecosystem to expand Romanspage’s reach and create partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their business challenges and design client-sspecific solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning using insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to increase brand awareness, including email marketing, social media, and event-based promotions targeting SMEs.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, make presentations, and sales pitches tailored to prospective clients' specific needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant consulting experience in business development or marketing
  • Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets.

Additional Information

  • The salary for this position ranges from N100,000 to N150,000, based on experience.
  • Additionally, a commission will be offered for revenue generated,
