Job Description

Job Overview: 

As a business Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our human resource service solutions. This includes but is not limited to training (physical and e-learning), recruitment services, HR support for SMEs and more.

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales and Business Development: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships. 
  • Sell a range of human resources service solutions to corporate clients, NGOs and other organizations. 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. 

Proposal and Bid Management: 

  • Develop HR proposals, concept notes, and responses to tenders and bids. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals. 
  • Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals. 

Client Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. 

Digital Marketing Oversight: 

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. 
  • Drive online awareness and publicity through various digital channels. 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR services and solutions. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to write compelling proposals, concept notes, and responses to tenders. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools. 
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
