Our client is a dairy production company with presence in Lagos but boast of clientele base across the Country. To expand its production line and increase output., we are currently in need of qualified persons that can take on the role of production Analyst; leading the change for quality control process in the organisation.

Job Description

  • Ensure proper planning and efficient production flow for optimal production process.
  • Ensure production process follows the laid down SOPs
  • Work with quality assurance department to ensure inspection of products upon completion
  • Responsible for monitoring production process and where necessary, document unexpected slowdowns and proactively identify new bottlenecks.
  • Prepare production reports and constantly finding ways to increase productivity and reducing cost.
  • Constantly review the production SOP to ensure it is in line with regulatory requirements
  • Preparing reports on production status and forecasts for future demand of products or services
  • Conducting analyses of production processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Identifying risks to production processes and taking steps to mitigate them
  • Identifying potential problems with production equipment and suggesting solutions
  • Develop tools aimed at improving production efficiencies
  • Prepare weekly requirements to meet with production demands
  • Liaise with admin department to ensure timely supply of production materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, microbiology, biochemistry, and other related field.
  • 1-2 years working experience within a production company
  •
