As part of effort o expand business operations and increase company's growth, Romanspage is currently looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive who would leverage technology to drive our company's presence and boost ROI.
Job Description
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
- Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
- Implement and analyze performance metrics
- Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
- Analyze data for recommendations around website optimization
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
- Coordinate with business development unit to create marketing campaigns
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
- 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns
- Experience with graphics designing can be an added advantage
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on various platforms
Additional Information
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Incredible attention to detail
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Practical experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, emails, social media and campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Familiarity with CRM tools
