As part of effort o expand business operations and increase company's growth, Romanspage is currently looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive who would leverage technology to drive our company's presence and boost ROI.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
  • Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
  • Implement and analyze performance metrics
  • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
  • Analyze data for recommendations around website optimization
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
  • Coordinate with business development unit to create marketing campaigns
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns
  • Experience with graphics designing can be an added advantage
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on various platforms

Additional Information

  • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms
  • Knowledge of content management systems
  • Practical experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, emails, social media and campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
