Our client is a fast growing FCMG company with focus in dairy production. They are currently looking to engage a self motivated and goal driven individual for the vacant post of a Production Manager.

• Oversee the production unit and ensure optimal performance.
• Set operational guidelines for production assistants.
• Planning the production schedule.
• Work with the QA staff to ensure compliance with standard regulations.
• Ensure constant supply of production materials while ensuring proper resource management.
• Developing and implementing quality control standards. 
• Organising relevant training sessions.
• Maintain inventory for dairy products and employ various order techniques.

• BSc/HND in engineering and another related field
• A minimum of 5years working experience. 2-year experience in milk or yoghurt production
• HSE certification is an added advantage
• Knowledge of ISO certification process will be an added advantage
• Proven experience in people management

• Must be a self starter and self motivated individual
• Strong leadership skills to manage staff
• Ability to think creatively and change process
