We are currently recruiting for the post of a Project Manager.

Job Description

  • Oversee, manage and direct construction projects from beginning to end
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Ensure schedule of all the deliverables 
  • Budget planning and cost estimating
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure tools, materials and equipment are accurate upon completion of project
  • Manage and mitigate risks
  • Always ensure quality construction standards

Qualifications

  • BSc/HND in Engineering
  • 3-5years working experience in a real estate firm

Additional Information

  • Proven experience as construction project manager
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask
