One of our Client is in urgent need of a Business Development Executive (Accounting Services).  The Business Development Executives should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate should have experience researching market trends in Accounting Services, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining marketing partners.

Job Description

  • Closely track brand performance at the retail market, local market competition activities and peer group analysis review:-
  • Tracking performance vs target vs competition
  • Competitive monitoring and insight generation
  • Track trade value chain and competitive offtake bi-weekly
  • Sales – Ensuring Primary and Secondary Targets are met
  • To monitor schemes re-distribution so as to drive sales objectives
  • Track sales vehicle and generate a weekly report for management decisions
  • To ensure improvement in Retail Development Executive productivity using various tools
  • Compile and deliver business intelligence reports on SALES VANS, BUS, and TRICYCLE scheme to end users on a regular basis
  • To ensure timely communication of schemes, new models, events etc. to Retailers
  • To monitor and ensure structured Standard Operating Procedure for Field Force
  • To ensure a strong network against the competition
  • To ensure range selling in the specified channel
  • Responsible for a gathering of territory and Area level field data to keep the system in check; spot check/backcheck brand activities/retail activations
  • Run queries on own data (Business Objectives) and performs analysis to support decision-making process; give/enhance a competitive edge.
  • Leverages Google Analytics reporting tools to analyze and report on-site visitor/customer activities and identify areas for improvement; measure search behavior, conversion rates, referrals, purchase patterns.
  • Provides integrated marketing analytical trends across customers and channels, contributing to in-market action plans.

Qualifications

  • He or she must hold a B.Sc or HND in Accounting or any related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively, forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency3+ years’ experience in brand or product management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities
