Are you a 2nd or 3rd-year HRM student looking for a challenging internship in the field of HR/Crewing? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated student to join our team in Capelle aan den IJssel (the Netherlands)!

As an HR/Crewing intern, you will assist with recruitment and selection, support on several HR Projects and handle all administrative tasks within our HR and Crewing department. In addition, you will have the freedom to indicate which other tasks you would like to take on.

We are looking for a motivated student with strong communication skills, who can work well in an international environment. You are proactive, flexible and you have a passion for HR. With us, you have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience within the maritime industry.

What we offer

We offer a challenging internship and a monthly allowance of EUR 400,- gross based on 40 hours a week.
