Job Description

Roll Group is looking for a motivated Receptionist - Office Manager. 

This position is a temporary maternity cover full time role with potential to be extended/ converted into a part-time role.

Starting July 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. This role is office based Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

The Function

For this position we are looking for someone who is spreading good vibes and supporting the smooth running of an international office. You have a representative role as one of the faces of our company.

The Tasks

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Taking calls from all over the world and connecting everyone to the right person.
  • Support several departments with administrative tasks, such as The Board, HR and Legal.
  • Organize and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Preparing letters, reports, and minutes of meetings.
  • Organising company events
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Help with special projects as necessary.

Your Profile

  • Strong administration skills.
  • You’re proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • MBO+ degree.
  • 1-3 years of administration and office coordination experience.
  • Be reliable, motivated and keen to work in an office environment.
  • Open attitude, team player.
  • Pro-active with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent written & verbal skills in Dutch and English.
