Job Description
Roll Group is looking for a motivated Receptionist - Office Manager.
This position is a temporary maternity cover full time role with potential to be extended/ converted into a part-time role.
Starting July 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. This role is office based Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
The Function
For this position we are looking for someone who is spreading good vibes and supporting the smooth running of an international office. You have a representative role as one of the faces of our company.
The Tasks
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Taking calls from all over the world and connecting everyone to the right person.
- Support several departments with administrative tasks, such as The Board, HR and Legal.
- Organize and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Preparing letters, reports, and minutes of meetings.
- Organising company events
- Ordering office supplies
- Organising induction programmes for new employees
- Help with special projects as necessary.
Your Profile
- Strong administration skills.
- You’re proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- MBO+ degree.
- 1-3 years of administration and office coordination experience.
- Be reliable, motivated and keen to work in an office environment.
- Open attitude, team player.
- Pro-active with a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent written & verbal skills in Dutch and English.
