Base Salary: $130K

Bonus: $20K, Performance based

We are looking for a Buyer/Merchandiser, who has experience in the retail market to join our client in Phoenix, AZ. 

Our client is one of the largest retailer of services and solutions. 

Your responsibilities will be to..

• Manage product assortment and product specifications in assigned areas in order to identify and address opportunities within the business and the market to maximize sales and margin opportunities.
• Develop and communicate business plans, including maximizing sales, margin dollars, margin percentage, and profitability.
• Negotiate product costs, terms and shipping/return issues.
• Create effective partnerships with supply chain, distribution centers, and stores operations senior leaders.

We would like to talk to you if:

• You have over 7 years of retail buying experience in a national retail environment.
• You are experienced in working with high volume categories.
• You hold working experience in a multi SKU category.
• You have experience in leading and managing a team of 2-3 assistant buyers.
• You hold fast fashion experience
• You already have lead a cross functional team of planners, product developers and vendors.
