Job Description
Are you a business-minded student with a keen interest in AI and digital topics? Join our dynamic team at Roland Berger and help us communicate the latest AI developments across the company. You’ll be part of our central IT team, while also working with colleagues from various other departments, e.g. knowledge management, and data protection, and gain valuable insights into how consulting is going through its own AI transformation. This is your chance to learn how AI is applied in business and to develop your communication and organizational skills in a professional environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Communication & Content Creation
- Draft and send emails, newsletters, and intranet posts about AI topics for internal audiences
- Prepare presentations and slides to support our internal AI meetings and feature launches
- Design and manage surveys (e.g., in Microsoft Forms) to gather feedback or insights from AI feature trials
2. Collaboration & Coordination
- Support meetings with various teams (e.g., tech team, knowledge management, central IT)
- Help update information on AI on our intranet page, shape our AI marketplace, and support AI feature building by testing them yourself
3. AI Platform Support
- Help manage incoming questions and requests about anything related to our internal AI (mainly via email or ticketing)
- Help prepare and update training materials
- Support the rollout of new features (test yourself, coordinate testing rounds, father feedback, and summarize findings)
Qualifications
Must-have
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, economics, or a related field (with some exposure to informatics or digital topics)
- Interest in AI and digital transformation, with a desire to learn how these topics impact business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German a plus)
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Forms)
- Comfortable working with different teams and not afraid to ask questions or join meetings
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot
- Familiarity with advanced prompting techniques
- Experience with AI agents, automated workflows, or tools like Copilot Studio or n8n
- Basic understanding of digital concepts (e.g., you know what an API is, but coding is not required)
- Any experience in user support, content creation, or testing
