We are hiring a Project Manager within our Transaction & Investor Support (TIS) UK Healthcare & MedTech practice.

Job Description

You will play a key role in delivering high-impact consulting projects for Private Equity and corporate clients across the Healthcare and MedTech sectors. Depending on your experience level, you will either lead workstreams or take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, working closely with clients, senior leadership, and internal teams.

This role offers outstanding exposure to commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and value creation work in one of the most dynamic sectors in the market.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of three days per week in our London office and two days remotely, depending on project needs. National and international travel may occasionally be required.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of consulting engagements
  • Manage client relationships and build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Oversee team performance, quality, timelines, and project outputs
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior client audiences
  • Coach and develop consulting teams
  • Support business development, recruitment, and growth of the UK practice

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

 

  • 4–6 years’ experience in a leading consulting firm
  • Strong track record in buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence, ideally within Healthcare / MedTech

Skills & Attributes

  • Structured and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data, market models, and commercial analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and proactive mindset
  • Motivated to help grow a market-leading Healthcare & MedTech practice

Preferred Background

  • Medical doctor training or strong academic background in life sciences is advantageous but not essential
