• Master’s degree in engineering, economics/ business or a related field 

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, ideally with additional experience in industrial companies 

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills 

• Detail-oriented and open-minded approach 

• Team player with excellent collaboration skills 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Fluency in a Nordic language and English
