Job Description

As a member of our training team, you will support our training team in Munich remotely with the organization of training events.

You will be responsible for planning and organizing training events in person and online. You will coordinate dates, rooms and technical requirements and communicate with trainers, hotels and participants in English and German. Through your careful preparations, you will ensure that the training events run smoothly. You will be in close contact with our training team in Munich.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of English and fluent written and spoken German
  • Ideally (initial) experience in the field of training or event organization
  • Organizational talent and a structured, very precise way of working
  • Strong communication skills
  • Committed and reliable working style
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word).
