Job Description

As a CTA, you will be part of a team that conducts analysis and provides administrative support. We are looking for someone who is sharp, responsible, can work in a fast-paced environment, and is always eager to learn new things.

Job description:

  • Research industry information and translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Analyze internal client data to determine issues that need to be addressed.
  • Making cold calls to different stakeholders in each distribution channel in order to gain insights.
  • Support consultant team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Analyze internal client data, business requirements and processes to determine business/user journeys.
  • Support consultant/IT vendor team with deliverables i.e. prepare test scripts, system training material, and operational user manuals etc.
  • Support in facilitating client workshops.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for Bachelor, Master or MBA graduates with an excellent academic record and outstanding analytical skills.
  • Prior internship experience in research or consulting is preferred.
  • Must be deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (in Thai and English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work full time from Monday to Friday.
