Job Description

  • As a Principal at Roland Berger Middle East, you will be at the forefront of guiding industries towards sustainable growth and transformation. You will work closely with governments, industry associations, and private sector clients to develop impactful strategies and policies that drive economic development. Your leadership and expertise in industrial dynamics and policy advocacy will be critical in shaping the economic landscape.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10- 12 years of experience in management consulting, manufacturing, or construction, with a strong focus on economic research, economic policies, report making etc.
  • Masters or Ph.D. in Economics. Or MBA in business administration, economics, or a related field is preferred including STEM, from a global top university or business school
  • Proven track record of successfully leading consulting projects 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate feasibility, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and recommend optimal strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and insights effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing project teams, and contributing to team development.
