Job Description

  • Developing and implementing tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment and supporting our clients to master their challenges.
  • Assisting on one or more project modules or leading smaller projects and contributing to acquisition approaches.
  • Directly interact with clients at the management level and guide module teams showing innovation at all levels.
  • Advise the top management of leading international companies with their business requirements. In cooperation with clients, you will develop and implement innovative solutions and business models concerning the entire value chain.
  • Develop market strategies, accompany clients in post-merger situations and optimize organizational structures and support performance improvement programs.
  • Being a key pillar in our organization and an important interface to our clients. while being involved in one or more project modules or small projects, guiding module teams with clients and colleagues alike
  • Working with public and private sector clients across the region, workforces, and senior stakeholder groups
  • Finalize and present deliverables to the client
  • Mentor, guide, coach, and share topic matter knowledge with colleagues and wider business
  • Retain excellent working relationships with our current clients to ensure that project scope is met bringing steady and constant quality in all outputs
  • Architecting business strategies with recommendations for design and implementation
  • Developing operating models and associated organizational capabilities to design and deliver value

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master graduate, preferably with an Engineering, Science, Business, Finance or Strategy degree from a global top university or business school
  • Experience or internships with top-tier strategy firms.
  • Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proven experience in quantitative analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Arabic speaking is an advantageous
  • Coaching junior team members
  • Presenting results to clients
  • Assuming a key position in one of our competence centers
  • Middle East experience preferred but not necessary
  • Experience assisting in multiple projects and teams.
