Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement tailored physical therapy plans to enhance patient mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent long-term disability.
Analyze physician referrals and medical records to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
Conduct assessments such as functional activities, range of motion, and gait analysis to build and adjust treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and effective patient care.
Utilize therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and innovative techniques to help patients regain function and independence.
Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies for optimal results.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for regulatory compliance and reimbursement.
Provide leadership and mentorship by guiding Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides within their scope of practice.
Participate in quality assurance programs, professional training, and internal educational sessions to stay current with industry standards.

Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist or a recent graduate with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
