Part-time (10-12 hrs/week)

Act as receptionist for all appointments

• Answer phones/collect messages

• Track vendors paperwork, keys and lockboxes.

• CA Real estate license preferred

• Filing

• Other general administrative duties

Various other duties and projects, upon request
