Job Description

The main role of the Coordinator, Human Resources Systems is to ensure the implementation, optimization and maintenance of all HR systems at RodeoFX. As a system and process champion, identifying ways to optimize and automate HR processes is part of your daily life.

You will also be responsible for supporting HR Advisors in the administrative management of employee files and in the movement of personnel in addition to providing support for international mobility and in the daily monitoring of HR files.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the updating and compliance of employee files and the studio's HR databases. Perform system monitoring and data purification to ensure quality;
  • Be the expert and point of contact for HRIS support, train the HR team in the use of these tools and keep the associated technical documentation up to date;
  • Provide recommendations to optimize workflows and resolve system issues;
  • Produce various reports for the executive team and the HR team;
  • With the HR team, review procedures, suggest improvements and participate in the implementation and documentation of new HR procedures;
  • Coordinate internal staff movement and support the administration of international mobility files;
  • Support the team in the preparation of payroll statements, in collaboration with HR Advisors;
  • Be a first point of contact for employees regarding Human Resources policies and procedures;
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of new HRIS that meet the needs of the team, if applicable;
  • Participate in specific projects with the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or Industrial Relations;
  • Professional designation CRHA, CRIA, or in the process of obtaining;
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in visual effects or a creative industry, a major asset;
  • Knowledge of Quebec labor laws;
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
  • Proficiency with the Office suite and the Google Suite;
  • Discretion and confidentiality;
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written.
