We’re looking for a Project Manager - Engineering (m/f/d) to join our Tech & Product team. You will be supporting the Tech & Product team with daily operations and ensure that all matters are solved in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, you will manage several projects and contribute to our product development and engineering processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for other departments, assess inquiries and determine appropriate course of action

• Manage relationships with stakeholders and encourage collaboration (e.g., external service providers, corporate partners, portfolio companies)

• Manage the Rocket Internet public website

• Drive product development with a world-class team of engineers and designers

• Assess the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product

• Assist in the development of materials to communicate progress to partners and clients

• Be open to new projects and responsibilities!

Your skills:

• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• Strong structured thinking skills as well as a proactive attitude

• Open to new ideas and adaptable to a dynamic work environment

• Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make best use of limited resources

• Experience working in a technical environment

• Excellent communication skills (German and English)

• At least 2+ years of experience in business, technology or related field is required
