Robert Hess & Associates (RHA), an executive recruiting firm in the homebuilding industry, is seeking a part-time contract recruiter.  This position will be home based and can be located anywhere in the US. 

This is a commission only position and job requisitions will be assigned to you as needed.

• As an Executive Recruiter with RHA you will develop client relationships and source the most qualified candidates available in the homebuidling industry.
• In addition to sourcing, the Recruiter is responsible for screening this talent to ensure a top notch candidate.
• At RHA, you will be expected to do much more than simply be a recruiter, rather you will learn to search the market, find great talent, solicit referrals, build relationships and make our clients & candidates raving fans of RHA!

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree preferably with some sales or business development experience, or past success in the constructon industry, although goal oriented/energetic individuals will be considered. As a small enterprise, we offer a more personalized feel for our clients. We tailor our services to meet client needs allowing them to focus on their business while we source and recruit the best talent to address their staffing requirements.

Compensation:  Commission Only.
