Riverhawk Company designs and builds hardware systems and tooling for power generation systems and other applications for companies such as GE, Siemens, and Johnson Controls. As a leader in engineering-driven manufacturing, Riverhawk is looking to add a TEMPORARY PROCESS ENGINEER to its team. This temporary position is based out of the New Hartford, NY office.

What you’ll do:

·         Develop new processes for existing parts

·         Evaluate and maintain quality and manufacturing effectiveness of new processes

·         Develop a stamping die maintenance program

·         Work with suppliers on part print interpretation and die design criteria

·         Ensure all supplier documentation is complete

·         Evaluate cost impact of processes and supply options

·         Develop strong relationships with suppliers

What we need:
Applicants should have the following skills and abilities.

·         5 - 7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

·         Knowledge and experience with stamping, dies, and electroplating

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         An energetic and engaging personality

·         Ability to work independently, on a team, and with suppliers

·         Ability to travel
