  • Department: Central Head Office
  • Head Office Department: Tech & Data

Job Description

At Rituals, Tech & Data is more than IT. We connect business needs with thoughtful technology solutions that support our growth and keep our operations moving. As our Senior Business Analyst in Fulfilment & Logistics, you will sit at the heart of this connection. You will work closely with logistics and fulfilment teams to understand what is needed, translate those needs into clear solutions, and help ensure everything works from end to end. Your scope covers a broad and business-critical domain, from warehousing and transport management to ERP flows, system integrations and data transformation.

This is a role with a real impact on physical operations, where your work helps shape how goods move through our network. You will join a product-led setup with Business Analysts, Product Owners and developers, and contribute to large transformation programs as well as continuous improvement. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity and turning business challenges into workable technology, this role offers plenty of room to make a visible difference.

In this role, you will:

  • Gather and analyse requirements from logistics and fulfilment stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications and user stories.
  • Act as the linking pin between business teams, Product Owners, developers and external software vendors.
  • Contribute to large transformation programmes such as warehouse implementations, system rollouts, integrations and data platform changes.
  • Validate solutions with the business and support end-to-end testing before go-live.
  • Handle incidents and case management, investigate issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working across fulfilment and logistics

You’ll be part of the Supply Chain Fulfilment & Logistics division within the Business Alignment layer of the Tech & Data department,  collaborating closely with a team of Project and Product Managers, Business Analysts, and our domain Architect.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who combines solid business analysis experience with the confidence to work in a complex and fast-moving environment. You understand supply chain and logistics processes well and know how to turn operational needs into practical technology solutions. You are curious by nature, ask the right questions and are comfortable challenging stakeholders when needed. At the same time, you stay collaborative and grounded, helping people move forward together. You take ownership, work proactively, and feel energised by change, transformation, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain, Fulfilment and/or Logistics.
  • Bring strong knowledge of logistics and ERP processes, including goods, flows and related business operations. Ideally backed with some TMS, OMS, EDI and/or Mulesoft related BA work!
  • Have experience working in complex project environments with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and systems.
  • Are confident in end-to-end analysis, testing, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Are proactive, curious and comfortable speaking up, challenging ideas and driving your own domain forward.
